Reference: OeoPaclfic Engineering, Inc., Soil and Wall Engineer's Summary at Conclusion of Earthwork,
Bella Vista, Tigard, Oregon, GeoPacltc report dated June 15, 2005.
This brief letter verifies that we have reviewed the Lot 30 layout plan and conclude that they are
geotechnically feasible. The rockery wall along Raphael Lane will be immedlalty adP cent to the foundation
for the home. In our opinion, the rockery well will likely have to be temporarily removed and replaced after the
foundation has been constructed near the elevation of the base of the rockery wall.
In our opinion, the building permit may be issued conditionally upon a geotechnical engineers review of the
foundation subgrade and rockery wall reconstruction upon finished lot grading.
