Executive Session - immediately after meeting • Not Open to the Public
An Executive Session is called under ORS 192.660 (2) (e) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by
the governing body to negotiate real property transactions.
All discussions are confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the Session. Representatives of
the news media are allowed to attend Executive Sessions,as provided by ORS 192.660 (4), but must not
disclose any information discussed.No Executive Session may be held for the purpose of taking any final
action or making any final decision. Executive Sessions are closed to the public.

urban renewal.The CCDA,functioning as the city's urban renewal agency,will work on an urban renewal plan designed
to facilitate the development and redevelopment of downtown Tigard and possibly other areas within the city.
