This is to inform ou that request for 150
y y q Traffic Impact Fee (TIF) Credits for the SW 150
Avenue improvements that were constructed as a part of the Davis Place Subdivision project, has
been approved by the City Engineer. The credit amount is $ 16,719.00.
I have enclosed a copy of the credit voucher. Be advised that a copy of this voucher must be
included with any building permit applications at the time of submittal, or if deferral has been
ranted, upon issuance of an occupancy permit, as defined in Section 3.17.030.T of the TIF
Ordinance. Please refer to the Washington County TIF Ordinance with regard to credit
restrictions,
