The credit amount is $ 16,719.00. I have enclosed a copy of the credit voucher. Be advised that a copy of this voucher must be included with any building permit applications at the time of submittal, or if deferral has been ranted, upon issuance of an occupancy permit, as defined in Section 3.17.030.T of the TIF Ordinance.
