I have since • changed my opinion on this. I would like to go ahead and allow the relocation now as requested, BUT do not allow them to hook up to any utilities until the public improvements are completed and accepted. . • • • • • • • • Debbie Adamski -- 1 -- Mon, 10 Nov 1997 16:58:57 A4 5%i7- crd qv 11.4- s MEMORANDUM CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON DATE: October 24, 1997 TO: Debbie Adamski FROM: Brian Rager, Development Review Engineer RE: House Relocation at 11705 SW 98th Avenue Will D'Andrea gave me a copy of a proposed plan for a proposed house relocation at the above address. I have a concern because this site is the new Jacob Court Subdivision, SUB 96 -0002, which is currently under construction. I would consider this action a "building permit" and would be opposed to allowing it to happen until such time that the public improvements are substantially complete. At present, the contractor is still in the process of installing the public improvements. Before issuing this permit, the conditions of approval for the subdivision relative to building permits must be completed. The two primary conditions include recordation of the final plat (not done) and substantial completion of the public improvements (not done). If you have any questions about this, please let me know. c: Jill Aldrich \brianr\ l 024debb.mem PAGE 1
