Enclosed you will find information requested at our last meeting, regarding
kitchen equipment plans, btu specifications for the gas kitchen equipment, gas line
lengths and sizes, cfms for the hood fan and make up air system.
• Document "A" shows gas line size and length, as well as hook up dimensions
for each piece of gas cooking equipment
• Document "B" shows hood dimensions, as well as specs for vent system, with
duct work, lag bolts for installation, floor space, etc.
• Document "C" shows layout for all gas cooking equipment in the kitchen,
including measurements and BTU specification
• The hood fan on the side of the building in made by Floaire, model #33, and
the CFM for this unit is 1500. The make up air unit is also made by Floaire,
with CFM of 1400.
Let me know if you need additional information regarding this mechanical
permit.
