The plans for the site work at the above referenced address have been reviewed by the City of
Tigard Building Division and are approved subject to the following conditions. This review was
performed under the provisions of the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC), 1998
edition.

1. Site preparation for this project shall be in conformance with the Geotechnical Report by
Carlson Geotechnical. The site preparation, structural fill and compaction of the structural fill
shall be observed by a representative of Carlson Geotechnical. Reports shall be sent to Hap
Watkins, Inspection Supervisor at 13125 SW Hall Blvd., Tigard, OR 97223. Any
discrepancies shall be brought to the immediate attention of LRS Architecture.
2. All erosion control measures shall be in place prior to the start of any site work.
3. The architect or engineer of record shall first approve all changes to the approved drawings
prior to submittal to the City of Tigard for review. OSSC Section 106.3.4.
4. A copy of the approved plans shall be on the job site at all times and available to the City of
Tigard inspectors for inspection purposes. OSSC Section 106.4.2.
5. The site plumbing will be under separate permit. Work on the site plumbing shall not
commence until such time as a permit to do such work has been issued.
