Thank you for your timely response with regards to our permit submittal. The
following items have been addressed per your review.
1. The one employee restroom shall have unisex signage mounted on the
wall adjacent to latch side of door 60" above finish floor. Finish, color,
braille characters and pictorial symbol shall comply with accessible
requirements. See sheet Al for note.
2. Enclosed you wili find Energy compliance forms 5a & 5b.

Submittal documents for the above referenced project have been reviewed for
conformance with the applicable 1996 Oregon Specialty Codes and other applicable
codes and standards. The following comments are noted:

1. Submit completed Energy Compliance Forms 5a and 5b from the April 1, 1996
Revised Oregon Energy Code.

specifications.
1. Submit a fire sprinkler permit application and three (3) sets of plans and
specifications.
