This letter is to ensure that the straps, shown on page 2 of the approved plans, which are to be
connectors between old rafter tails, and new rafter tails, straps are Simpson LSTA -15 or equal,
were installed, to each affected existing and new rafter as noted.
The sheathing was placed prior to visual inspection to protect home from water intrusion due
to inclimate weather at time of install.
