The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Residential Specialty Code
(ORSC) 2011 edition. Please respond to conditions below.
1) Provide full sheet shearwall floor plans showing which walls are engineered
and which are perscritive.
2) Provide foundation plan showing locations of hold downs.
3) Provide one more copy of I -Joist plans.
4) Please indicate type of Radon Reduction system to be used.
5) Please indicate which mechanical additional methods will be used.
6) Show accurate type and size of windows and doors on elevations.
7) Show egress from sliding glass door on main floor.
When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each numbered
issue has been addressed in the revision.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard
in tracking and processing the documents.
