Re: Mechanical Permit & Electrical Permit Applications
Dear Mary:
Enclosed please find mechanical permit and electrical permit applications, and .
your checks in the amount of $122.85 and $54.00. These permit applications
are being returned due to lack of required submittal elements and incorrect fees
for the mechanical permit application for 14030 SW Pacific Hwy, Tosco
Marketing Company. •
Installation of units weighing 400 pounds, or more, require structural engineering
review and seismic restraining, gas line schematic, meter location and pressure
(low, medium or high). In addition, gas piping needs to be included on the permit
application, which will change the fees as I have adjusted on the enclosed
application. Also, this project will require an electrical permit.
For future reference, we do not recommend submitting one check for a batch of
permits. In the event, such as this, if one application is rejected, it results in the
return of all of the applications. Also, please be sure to complete the
applications as requested regarding description of work, i.e., new, repair,
replace, commercial, residential, etc. In addition, complete the fuel type and the
number of gas piping or outlets necessary for installation of new units.
Please resubmit the applications, along with a check for the correct amount for
