Dear Mr. Collins:
We are pleased to provide this summary letter for our construction observation services for the Goodwill
Tigard store located at 13920 SW Pacific Highway in Tigard, Oregon. ACS testing of Tigard, Oregon
provided materials testing services for this project.
We provided visual observation services; cement treatment, compaction testing, proof roll observation,
footing and pavement subgrade observation during the course of this construction. Details of our field
observations are provided in our field reports from January 24, 2007 through May 23, 2007. Based on our
periodic and full time observation services the geotechnical elements of this project were in general
conformance with the plans and specifications.
We retained ACS testing to provide materials testing and special inspection services. The summary letter of
construction from ACS is attached with the letter. Based on this letter'and periodic inspection and testing,
the project items constructed are in general accordance with the plans and specifications. •
