Occupancy: B /A - Occupant Load: 64 Persons Construction Type: VN - Sprinklered Firewalls: N/A • GENERAL COMMENTS The occupant load for the seating area is 61 without fixed seating. This area 1 . requires two means of egress and shall be placed a distance apart equal to not less than one half of the length of the maximum overall diagonal dimension of the area served. The two exit doors need to be a minimum of 28 -feet apart. Please revise the drawings to meet this requirement. OSSC Section 1004.2.4 All prefabricated walk -in freezers and coolers are required to be listed and label �\ by the State of Oregon. Separate permits are required. OSSC Section 1704.1 • 3. The plans include mechanical, plum ' g and electrical drawings. Please submit complete mechanical, plumbing and electrical permit applications with contractor information. The electrical plan review is separate from this review. OSSC 106.3, 106.3.2, 106.3.3 • • w , Separate permits for sprinklers and fire alarm modifications are required.
