RE: 13855 SW Pacific Hwy Change of use.
City of Tigard has made a site visit to the above noted address. And reviewed the following
submitted plans for compliance with code.
1) If sinks are to remain in the classrooms they shall be made Accessible.
2) As per appendix Chapter 29 one sink shall be provided per every two water closets or urinals.
Plans show one water closet and two urinals thus requiring two sinks.
3) Main exit door shall swing outward current plan show it swinging inward door may be
double acting with push pull hardware.
Plans have been approved subject to the incorporation of the above mentioned items.
