BUP2003- 00009 The City of Tigard Building Division and Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue have 'reviewed the proposal to add security gates to the main entrance and exit at the Bi -Mart store at the above.referenced address. The submitted plans are . approved subject to the following conditions. 1. The gates are to be used only during non - business hours and the store is not open to the public. 2. A knox box shall be provided at the security gates for use by Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel. This box shall be approved by this agency. • 3. When the gates are locked the three additional exits from the store shall remain openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort. They would then enter store and turn off security system. Security doors will remain unlocked, open, and rolled up during all hours that the building is occupied. When our store is un- occupied our security and fire system is activated. Any movement or noise inside the store will automatically notify Sonitrol our fire and security System Company. Any reduction of water or air pressure through the flow switch would notify Sonitrol. Our building has a fully operative sprinkler system and all emergency exits are marked with illuminated signage.
