To whom it may concern;
Attached you will find an electrical permit application for ten (10) additional circuits that
the electrical inspector has required us to add to our existing permit #ELC2006- 00462.
The electrical inspector also had mentioned that we would need to add one (1) 200amp or
less fee to our application for the panel that was added at this address. Please refer to
permit #ELC2006 -00446 - for the shell electrical work that is being completed by
Hillsboro Electric. The 200amp panel that the inspector is referring to is included in this
permit.
