The City of Tigard has completed the review of the submitted plans for the mechanical
installation at the above referenced address. This review was performed under the provisions of
the State of Oregon Mechanical Specialty Code (OMSC), 1999 edition. The plans are approved
subject to the following conditions. Items 1 & 2 shall be provided prior to final inspection
1. Please provide energy calculations forms as required by OSSC Chapter 13.
2. Please provide details showing how the unit will resist seismic loads.
3. A copy of the approved plans shall be on site at all times and available for the inspector for
inspection purposes.
