Work Scope: Built up roofing:
1. Remove the two existing roofs, haul away and dispose of.
2. Examine the existing plywood and replace any dry rot on a square foot bases for an additional cost of $2.95 per
Square foot.
3. Install one layer of 28# base sheet fastened with strong hold nails.
4. Install new pre- painted_drip edge metal along_the_entire face_of_gutter edge. -
5. Install sloped fibered cant strip to all wall and penetration details.
6. Fully adhere two layers of Type 4 fiberglass ply sheets over the entire roof surface in a continuous layer of hot
asphalt.
7. Fully adhere one additional layer of Type 4 fiberglass ply sheet to the perimeter wall base flashings.
8. Fully adhere one layer of mineral surface cap sheet over the entire roof surface in a continuous layer of hot asphalt.
9. Fully adhere one layer of Modified cap sheet to the perimeter wall base flashings in a continuous layer of hot asphalt.
10. Install new lead flashings to all pipe penetrations.
11. Install new galvanized bases on 13 existing global vents and seven gas stacks and reuse the existing tops.
12. Install new 24 gauge pre - painted "from standard colors" baked enamel coping and wall liner to the parapet walls.
13. Issue a manufactures standard ten year warranty and a Snyder two year workmanship warranty.
