The information on the requirements was relayed to Mr. Davis and from Mr. Davis' opinion the use of counter that is within the 3' height requirement meets the intent of the code for wheelchair bound patrons of the coffee shop. A counter that is i' in width by 6' in length will be attached to the "walk-up" side of the building at a height of 3' from the finished concrete pad surface. If hitch side is lower than other side, jack up and insert sheathing as needed to level out. 8) Block both sides of the front. 9) Level Front, jack -up front and insert sheathing if needed. 10) Tap in wooden wedges, one on each side of the trailer frame. Tie -Down Process: 1) Insert Eye -Pins into asphalt directly under each anchor. (Prior to positioning trailer onto correct spot.) 2) Run 3/8" cable through anchor and eye -pin. 3) Clasp cable together with cable lock. ua o ruc � .
