Occupant Load: NA The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Mechanical Specialty Code (OMSC) 2007 edition; and the State of Oregon Fire Code (OFC) 2007 edition. Please provide valuation for all equipment as well as cost for labor for total valuation to calculate permit fees. 1) Prefabricated refrigeration panels installed in Oregon shall bear one Oregon insignia of compliance located on the exterior side of the panel located nearest the door prior to final inspection. 2) Every refrigerant - containing part of every system that is erected on the premises • shall be tested and proved tight after complete installation, and before operation. Tests shall include both the high and low- pressure sides of each system and shall not be pressured down until verification of the City of Tigard Building Inspector. When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
