This letter is a follow -up to our recent conversation regarding outstanding permits with
either no inspection, or no final inspection:
ELR95 -0112, ELR97 -0036, BUP97 -0091, PLM97 -0119, BUP96 -0195, PLM97 -0850,
MEC97 -0463, MEC97 -0273 LC97 -0526)
The enclosed information shows the type of work the permit is for, who the contractor is
and a list of required inspections.
To arrange inspections, please call the 24 -hour Inspection Recorder at 639 -4175.
Inspection requests must be received prior to 7:00 p.m. if needed for the following day.
As we discussed, these are old permits, and special arrangements need to be made for the
contractor and the inspector to meet at the site. When inspection requests are called in
please request the inspector to call the contractor and arrange a meeting time /date.
For your information, there will be more than one inspector going to the site since the
permits are relating to electrical, mechanical, plumbing and structural. Because the
inspector(s) have to meet contractors at the site, it would be easier if each space is
inspected on a separate day. Please keep this in mind when making arrangements for
inspections.
