Dear Mark,
We have reviewed the existing roof framing for the building located at 11940 SW Pacific Highway in
Tigard, Oregon per the construction documents and the Trus Joist roof framing submittal dated 11-4-
1982. Per your roofing contractors submittal, the new roof overlay consists of Johns Manville TPO that
weighs less than 1 pounds per square foot installed. We have also reviewed the weights of the existing
mechanical units and swamp coolers per your attached submittal.
Based uon the information provided to us, the roof framing is adequate for the proposed new roof. If
