ALL DEBRIS SHALL BE PROMPTLY REMOVED FROM THE SITE AND DISPOSED OF IN A PROPER MANNER. THIS INCLUDES THE REMOVAL OF ALL FOUNDATION STRUCTURES. 3. ALL UTILITIES SHALL BE DISCONNECTED OR CAPPED IN AN APPROVED MANNER. THE DEMOLITION CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOCATING ALL UTILITIES TO THE STRUCTURE.
