Since the original Demo Permit was issued on 6 -2 -04 and it looks like they must have demo'd right after I think it is a
moot point for the current land use. It was applied for on 3- 26 -07.
Since issuing the new permit is just the paperwork to make sure a sewer cap off was done properly there is no reason
not to issue it as far as Planning and Engineering are concerned.
So if building is ok with it, so are we!

Hi Maris,
Jeff Bolton from Multi Tech Engineering applied for a Demo permit today for 11744 SW Pacific Hwy. The Demo permit
was for an 1100 sq. ft. Veterinarian building that was done years ago, but they are just looking to permit it. We created
the permit and group -added it to SDR2007-00001 (BUP2008-00233). Will it be okay for us to issue the permit?
