This Certificate of Occupancy is for the 412 sq. ft. kitchen and dining room addition only. The addition was done without permit
around 2000. A permit was issued in 2012 and the structural work was inspected to the field report provided by Hayden
Consulting Engineers. Other code related items were inspected the best of the inspector's ability with as little destructive
inspection as possible. The City of Tigard does not guarantee that all requirements of the code are met due to the previous
coverage of work without inspection but we are satisfied that the fire and life safety issues have been addressed.
