Dear Mr. Cross,
This letter is to inform you there will not be any Traffic Impact Fees assessed on this
project. The demolition of the 2 existing buildings on this site will result in 678 trip
credits. The trips generated by your project were determined to be 165 trips. The credits
from the demolitions exceed the project trips and thus result in no additional Traffic
Impact Fee.
I have included a copy of the calculation for your review. Please call me if you have any
further questions regarding this matter.
