Stair details have been provided on A6.1. Energy Compliance: : 1. Energy Compliance forms 2a, 3a, 3b, 5a thru 5c are enclosed. Fire and Life Safety: • 1. Notes have been added to sheets A2.2, A4.1 & a7.1 to show a 1 hour separation between Auto install and the warehouse and the space above the auto install. 2. Exit signs have been added — see sheets A2.1 & A2.2 — in the following locations: a. At the entrance of the hallway on the main floor, a directional arrow b. At the end of the hallway on the main floor near the stairwell entrance, a directional arrow. c. • At the bottom of the stairwell, a directional arrow d. At Door (9), an exit sign e. At the new exit door from the basement 3. Door #6 the swing was reversed on A2.2 4. Details have been added to A4.1 about the draft stops, locations of draft stops shown on A4.1. 5. A note was added to A2.2 stating that the auto install area shall have a non - combustible floor surface, constructed with non - absorbent material. The floor area shall also drain to Q { an approved oil separator or trap discharging to sewers in accordance with the plumbing code. 6. Fire extinguishers per UFC Std. 10 -1 have been added — see sheets A2.1 & A2.2. Structural: 1. Drifting snow load calculations are enclosed. 2. Completed inspection forms are enclosed. Fire: 1. Notes for a "knox box" have been added to A2.1 per UFC (TVFR) 902.4.2 2. The following comments are noted: (ACCESSIBILITY 1. Provide details for an accessible cashier counter. OSSC, Section 1108.4.7.2. 2. Stairs shall comply with OSSC, Section 1109.8.2, 8.3, 8.4, and 1109.8.6. Provide details. 'ENERGY COMPLIANCE 1 1. Submit completed Energy Compliance Forms 2a, 3a, 3b, and 5a through 5c from the April 1, 1996 Revised Oregon Energy Code. FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY 1. Drawing A2.2 — The auto install has been assigned a 53 classification, OSSC, Section 311.2.3.1. This requires a one -hour separation between the warehouse (S -2), OSSC, Table 3 -B, and a one -hour floor ceiling separation between the S -3 and M above. Door #8 shall have a fire resistance rating of one -hour. OSSC, Section 302.3. The door shall comply with OSSC, Section 713. 2. Exit signs shall be placed as follows: OSSC, Section 1003.2.8 a. At the entrance of the hallway on the main floor, a directional arrow. b. At the end of the hallway on the main floor near the stairwell entrance, a directional arrow. c. At the bottom of the stairwell, a directional arrow. d. At Door (9), an exit sign. 3. Door #6, the swing impedes the required landing length. Reverse the swing.
