The following is a response to our conversations regarding new restroom
compliance with ANSI ADA requirements:
1. We have modified sheet A2 — Floor Plan, sheet A14 — Enlarged Toilet
Room Plan and "added" new sheet A16 — Restroom ANSIIADA Plan
to show compliance with clear floor area and maneuvering
requirements.
2. We have also "added" sheet S1 — to show structural plan and
connection details for new exterior awning a existing drive -thru
window. ' Please also find attached structural calculations for new
exterior canopy.

The following are revisions that have been made to the previously
approved permit drawings:
1. We have modified sheet A2 — Floor. Plan — to "reconfigure" the image
•
wall and sales counter. We have also "added" a soffit above the sales
counter.
2. We have modified sheet A9 — Reflected Ceiling plan — to show new
gypsum board soffit above sales counter, omitted suspended ceiling at
hall to restrooms and added TV monitors above sales counter.
3. Please find attached structural calculations for new hanging soffit
above service counter.

Hi Jeff,
The Burgerville TI plans have been routed for review. The comments from the Planning Division are attached. There is
nothing that needs to be changed, however, the applicant does need to know that landscaping installation per a
previously approved plan is required. The attachment also includes a copy of that landscape plan. This is just a heads up
for Final Building Inpsections /C of 0. Please let me know if you have any questions.
