Dear Sir or Madam:
It has come to my attention that the sewer permit for 11610 SW Pacific Hwy has not
been closed. (SWR97 -0023) Further investigation has shown that this permit is still
open due to an outstanding balance. The fee for connection to the public sewer is
calculated on the type and number of plumbing fixtures. A count of the fixtures in
subsequent inspection requires a connection fee for this permit in the amount of $4,400.
In January of 1997 $2,200 of this was paid and a balance of $2,200 remains. The sewer
connection permit therefore remains open. This balance has been due since Jan of
1997. Your attention to this matter is very much appreciated. Please reference payment
