Dear Mr. Scholibo:
The plans for this project were reviewed for conformity with applicable
codes, and are conditionally approved. The installation details for the
new kitchen equipment may require additional review, especially for the
gas -fired or wood -fired appliances such as the pits. Specific clearance
from combustible materials must be maintained for that type of equipment.
Should any changes be made to the existing exits, additional review or
inspection will be necessary to assure compliance with current building
code requirements.
You may get the building permit for the project at your convenience. If
