The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code
(OSSC) 2007 edition; National Fire Protection Association, Standard 13 (NFPA 13)2002
edition and the State of Oregon Fire Code (OFC) 2007 edition. Please respond to the
following conditions;
1) Please provide current hydrant flow test (within 5 years).
2) Show equivalent pipe length for FlexHead sprinkler connectors in hydraulic
calculations.
3) Please provide hydraulic calculations for anticipated most remote area for
sizing of standpipe.
When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each numbered
issue has been addressed in the revision.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City
of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
