Dear Mark,
I have reviewed you list of corrections for the above named project and the following are .
the responses to each of your items:
1.) Ruppell Home Design has corrected this schedule to show the Oregon
requirements.
2.) The calculations now have a copy of the corrected cover sheet with the
Oregon Engineer Stamp.
3.) The call -out for the 3 "X sill plate on the structural sheets now matches
that on the engineering packet.
4.) Rueppell Home Design has revised the reactions for the trusses to
show that in the truss packet.
5.) The spacing of the A. Bolts now on the structural sheets matches that
shown in the Engineering Packet.
6.) Note A of the shear -wall schedule and the general Engineering notes
now match as per the A. Bolts. See sheet 17R/18 of the Engineering
Packet.

The plan review was performed' under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC)
2004 edition; the State of Oregon Oregon Residential Specialty Code ORSC) 2005 edition and
the Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Ordinance 99 -01 (TVFR99 -01) 1999 edition. The submitted
plans have been reviewed and the following information is required prior to issuance of the
permit.
1. The insulation schedule shown on the plans do not meet the Oregon Residential
Specialty code (ORSC) R values.
2. Plans and calculations have State of Washington engineering stamp.
3. The call out for "3X" sill plates on some shear walls as shown on sheet S2 do not match
the callouts shown in the calc. package.
4. The truss reactions shown on the plans do not match the reactions shown in the truss
engineering.
5. "A" bolt spacing shown on the foundation plan do not match the call out in the lateral
engineering notes section of sheet S 1.
6. Note A of the shear wall schedule contradicts the "A bolt" note of the lateral
engineering notes.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of •
Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
