The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC)
2004 edition; the State of Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC) 2005 edition and the
Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Ordinance 99 -01 (TVFR99 -01) 1999 edition. The submitted plans
have been reviewed and the following information is required prior to issuance of the permit.
1. Please have Todd Rowell clarify how detail 99 will be used to drag shear; no joists run
parallel to the garage beam.
2. Please revise manufactured floor framing to match the doubled joist called out on the
engineering over the dining room, and any changes necessary for #1.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of
Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
