the Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Ordinance 99 -01 (TVFR99 -01) 1999 edition. The submitted
plans have been reviewed and the following information is required prior to issuance of the
permit.

2004 edition; the State of Oregon Oregon Residential Specialty Code ORSC) 2005 edition and

2. The loading criteria for the beam calculations appear to have the snow loading and dead
loading reversed.
3. First and second floor plans showing shear walls are not readable.
4. Engineering pages are stamped with a Washington Stamp.
5. Shear wall 10 on page S -2 shows a HD -8A with a SSTB24 bolt instead of a 7/8 inch bolt
as it was designed for and shear wall # 10 shows HD -8A with SSTB 24.
6. Note Con plans different than engineering Note Con S -1.
7. Reactions on engineering and truss plans do not match.
8. Note A different than lateral engineering notes.
9. Not able to read engineering on plans on S -1 and A-5.
10. Need cut, section thru family/ dining/ living rooms. Trusses in this area are not bearing

11. Foundation not picking up Girder Truss AG point load.
12. Washington engineering stamp on plans.
13. Foundation plans not showing expanded footing for Beam FR-11 point load.
