I have reviewed the comments on the above named project and have addressed the
applicable items. (The applicable items being #'s 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, & 16.)
All other items are to be addressed by others.
#2 - You will find the current State of Oregon stamp on the sheets
#5 - (Detail 2/2) This was changed to conform to the shear wall schedule.
#6 — (Note A & C on S -1) This was changed to conform to the shear wall schedule.
#7 — (SW's 15A & 15B (you had 15 &16?)) See Sheet S2 detail 2/2.
#8 — (Lateral Notes) This was changed to conform to the shear wall schedule.
#10 — (Reverse plan) We have provided a sheet with the correct orientation.
#12 — (Detail 9/2 straps) Details have been deleted that weren't applicable.
#13 — (Detail 3/2) Changed detail completely. Addresses comment #16.
#14 — (Second floor SW) This was changed to conform to the shear wall schedule.
#15 — (Shear Walls sheeted on both sides) This was changed to conform to the shear wall
schedule. (The shear walls are sheeted with drywall rather than O.S.B. with 6d nailing
and not having a need for 3 "x studs.)
#16 — See detail 3/2 on sheet S -2.
