Corrections in Bold Type Tualatin, OR 97062 RE: MST96- 0280/SWR96 -0266 9100 SW McDonald Street In a routine audit of the above permits, the city's accounting department discovered that the Reimbursement District #1 fee was not paid for at the time the sewer connection permit was issued. You are listed as the contractor of the building project referenced above. The Reimbursement District #1 was adopted as Ordinance 92 -11 on January 21, 1992 for a ten year period and includes parcel 2S1I11AB -00400 with a street address of 9100 SW McDonald Street. Even though the 1/2 anniversary date has passed, which would necessiate an additional 7% increase in the fee amount due, we will honor the 1/21/96 fee amount as the SWR permit was issued on 6/10/96.
