The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC)
2004 edition; the State of Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC) 2005 edition and the
Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Ordinance 99 -01 (TVFR99 -01) 1999 edition. The following items
require your attention in order to complete this plan review.
1. Provide calculations for the footing and post under the 10,229# load from the A6
truss
2. Provide calculations for the beams and doubled joists shown on the floor framing.
3. On sheet 4k of the plan, at the front of the garage detail R3 /4K is referenced, but
not shown on the plan.
4. Provide revised engineered details that show how shear will be transferred through
TJIs. (details 9,10,11,12,13,14, and 15).
When submitting revisions or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of
Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
