The actual exterior wall surfaces were EFIS finish even though stucco was noted in the detail pages of the original plans. It is our understanding that all exterior EFTS covered walls are to be replaced with stucco. The original plans will be used to qualify replacement of all surface treatments and fire rated assemblies. The plans you provided us will be made part of the documents for this permit and the inspector will refer to them during the course of the project as needed. A registered set of the plans you provided will be delivered to the site by the inspector. NO° Upon removal of the wall surface, any structural omissions from the original plans must be corrected to the original design or a new engineered alternate will be required. When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents. The submitted plans are approved subject to the following conditions. 1. Special inspection is required for structural welding, bolts installed in concrete - epoxy, and special listed applications, etc. The special inspection agency shall furnish inspection reports to the Engineer of Record, the General Contractor, and the City of Tigard, Building Division, attention Hap Watkins. All discrepancies shall be brought to the immediate attention of the general contractor for correction. The special inspector shall submit a final signed report stating whether the work requiring special inspection was, to the best of the inspector's knowledge, in conformance with the approved plans and specifications and the applicable workmanship provisions of the code. 1701.3 OSSC FYI The special inspection and/or structural observations do not waive the framing inspection required by code. Deferred submittals: Items which may be deferred include, but are not limited to, the following: Raised floor systems, glazing systems, skylights wooden, steel, or composite floor or roof trusses, suspended ceiling system, retaining walls, shelving systems and steel storage racks, stairway system etc, will be charged a deferred submittal fee based on the valuation of the portion of the work being deferred. The minimum fee shall be $200.00. This fee is in addition to the project plan review fee based on the total project value. OAR 918 - 050 -0150 Deferred Items: 1. Structural framing repair and replacement on exterior wall (fees collected cover up to 4 areas (see note*)) 2. Structural repair and replacement for columns at covered parking area. 3. Canopy for building one.
