The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC)

• The permit is for construction of the structure only. Approval of the structure shall
not be construed to permit violation of the Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Code, 1999

special inspection was, to the best of the inspector's knowledge, in conformance with
the approved plans and specifications and the applicable workmanship provisions of

An ETABS run is provided for validating the braced frame spread
sheet. Frame BF -A7 is checked within the ETABS model. In the
Detail 7/S3.1A, computer run the columns are shown as W10x39, while in the

LS -A28 to LS -A43 Clarify the columns required for the braced frames and revise

Connections for frames mark C5A and C5B. The schedules in
detail 11/S3.1C appear to combine the results of the calculations.
In the Gusset Plate Schedule -Roof for C5 the weld V4 is called out
Detail 11/S3.1C, as 8 ", while on calc page LS-C41 this weld is indicated as 12 ". In
