Jim and Rob ... sorry to say there are a couple of issues with your plans for MST2012 -00023 that we need to have you
correct before we can approve them. Both corrections have to do with a disconnect between the site plan in the large -
size plan packet versus the reduced -size site plan.
1. Show sidewalk within the property line as per the large format plans.
2. Show the street tree size, species, and location consistent with the approved subdivision plan.
