1. ROLL CALL: Present: Mayor ToniBrian; Councilors: Carolyn Eadon,
Jerry Edwards, -Valerie Johnson, and John Schwartz; City
Staff: Janice Deardorff, Personnel Director; Bob Jean,
City Administrator; Jill Monkey, Community Services
Director; Catherine Wheatley, Deputy Recorder. Also
present: Mike Snyder, Labor- Negotiator.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The 'Tigard City Council went into Executive
Session, ,at 7:15, p.m., under the provisions of ORS 192.660 (1) (d), i
(e), & (h) to discuss labor relations, real property transactions, and
current and pending litigation issues.

3. ADJOURNMENT 11:15 p.m.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a special Executive Session Council meeting, called
by the Mayor, with'the common consent of Council, will be held on April 12, 1988,
at 6:00 p.m. in the Tigard Civic Center, 13125 S.W. Hall Boulevard, Tigard,
Oregon. The meeting,is called for the purpose of holding an Executive Session
under the provisions of ORS 192.660 (1) (d), (e), &-(h) to discuss labor
relations, real property transactions, and current and pending litigation
issues.
