Staff: Bob Jean, City Administrator. Trainer: Mary Himmel
of Eugene. At noon on Saturday, September .19, 1987, the
following City staff members joined the workshop: Irene
Ertell, Librarian; David Lehr, Chief of Police; William
Monahan, Community Development Director; Jill MonleyI
Community Services Director; Tim Ramis, Legal Counsel; and
Randy Wooley, City Engineer.
2. TRAINING WORKSHOP ISSUES
The Tigard City Council attended the Training Workshop at Rippling
River Conference Center just outside of Sandy, Oregon.
The training schedule was as follows:
