1. ROLL CALL: Present: Mayor John Cook; Councilors: Tom Brian, Carolyn
Eadon, and Valerie Johnson; City Staff: Bob Jean, City
Administrator; Chuck Corrigan and Tim Ramis, Legal Counsel
(arrived at 8:35 PM).
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Tigard City Council went into Executive Session
under the provisions of ORS 192.660 (1) (h) & (i) to discuss current
and pending litigation and hold the review of the City Administrator.
3. ADJOURNMENT: 9:45 PM
