Notice is hereby given that a special Councl meeting, called by the Mayor with
the common consent of the Council, will be held August 21, 1985 at 7;00 P.M.
in Tigard City Nall, 12155 SW Ash Avenue, Tigard, Oregon 97223. The meeting
is called for the purpose of considering pending litigation and labor
relations issues in Executive Session under provisions of ORS 192.660 (1) (d)
