2. ORDINANCE NO. 84-05 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A FILING DEADLINE FOR
THE;OFFICES OF MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
a. Second reading of ordinance'.
b. Motion by Councilor Brian, seconded by Councilor Cook to adopt'.
' Approved by a 3 to L majority vote of Council present. Councilor
Scott voting nay.
Ordinance No. 84-05 passed by majority 'vote of Council on its second
reading.
3. EXECUTIVE ' SESSION: The Council went into Executive Session under the
provisions of ORS 192.660 (1)(h) and ORS 192.660 (1)(e) to discuss pending
litigation and real property acquisition.
