SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES - OCTOBER 27 , 1982 - 12:07 P.M.
I. ROLL CALL: Present: Mayor Wilbur Bishop; Councilors John Cook, Nancie
Stimler; Finance Director/City Recorder, Doris Hartig; City
Administrator, Bob Jean; Office Manager, Loreen Wilson.
2. Mayor Bishop stated the purpose of the special meeting was to receive the
bid information on Bond Sale #16 and award the bid. It was noted that
Councilor Cook was attending the meeting via a conference call on the
phone.
3. Finance Director reported the following bids were received at 11:00 A.M.
on this date for the Bancroft Bond Sale #16 (72nd Avenue LID):
U. S. National Bank - 9.08767%
The Oregon Bank - 9.205258%
First Interstate Bank - 9.2720%
She recommended awarding the bid to U.S. National Bank as the low bidder.
4. RESOLUTION NO. 82-118 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF !
CITY OF TIGARD GENERAL OBLIGATION IMPROVEMENT
BONDS, SERIES NO. 16, AND DIRECTING DELIVERY AND
SALE THEREOF.
(a) Motion by Councilor Stimler, seconded by Councilor Cook to approve.
