SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL
A special meeting of the Tigard City Council will be called by the Mayor
with the common consent of the Council for April 30, 1981 at 7:30 P.M.
to be held at Tigard City gull, 12420 SW Main Street, Tigard, Oregon for
the purpose of holding an Executive Session under ORS 192.660(1)(b) to
discuss with the City Administrator the issues concerning the consideration
of dismissal.

EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES , APRIL 30 , 1981 , 7 :30 P.M.
Present: Mayor Wilbur Bishop; Councilmen Tom Brian, John Cook,
Kenneth Scheckla, Councilwoman Stimler; City Administra-
tor, Raeldon R. Barker.
The Mayor called the meeting to order to continue consideration of
issues surrounding the discussion of the termination of the City
Administrator.
The Council and City Administrator engaged in a lengthy discussion
of concerns related to the Administrator ' s performance and his
relationship to the Council .
After discussion, the Administrator consented to leave the meeting
to allow the Council to discuss the issues among themselves . After
general discussion the meeting was adjourned.
ADJOURNMENT 12 :00 P.M.
