EXECUTIVE MEETING MINUTES, JULY a 1980, 7:00 A.M.
FLOYD'S RESTAURANT, 12725 S.W. Pacific Highway
1. ROLL CALL: Present: Mayor Mickelson, Councilmen John Cook, Tom Brian;
Chief of Police R.B. Adams; City Recorder/Finance Director,
Doris Hartig; City Negotiator, Fred Larson.
Executive session was called under the provisions of ORS 192.660 (2) (a) to dis-
cuss Tigard Police Officers labor negotiations and factfinder's report.
Negotiator reviewed Factfinder Knudsen's report and made an analysis of his
recommendation. Council considered impact of factfinder's report on City.
After much discussion it was the consensus of Council to reject the factfinders
recommendation and authorize Fred Larson to further negotiate for the City.
