Council President Mickelson stated special meeting was called with common consent of the Council for the purpose of adopting a resolution which establishes fees for special transcript cost. 2. RESOLUTION No. 77-53 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES TO BE CHARGED TO PERSONS APPEALING DECISIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE COSTS OF TRANSCRIPT PREPARATION AND OTHER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE HEARING OF SUCH APPEALS BY THE CITY COUNCIL. (a) Administrator advised Council of amendments needed on page 2, lines 1, 6, 11, 12 and 15. (b) Motion to adopt as amended; Councilman Cook, seconded by Councilman Mickelson. Councilman Scheckla stated he had discussed legality of proposed resolution with representative Pat Whiting; also had requested a ruling from the office of the Attorney General and was expecting an answer within the week. (c) Motion by Councilman Cook, seconded by Councilman Scheckla to table item for further consideration at Council's regular meeting May 23rd. Approved by unanimous vote of Council present. 4.
