SPECIAL MEETING :,FEB. 27, 1976, 7:00 A.M.
1. ROLL CALL: Present: Mayor Wilbur A. Bishop; Councilmen John E. Cook,
Robert C. Moore, Alan W. Mickelson; R. B. Adams, Chief of
Police; Bruce P. Clark, City Administrator; Doris Hartig,
City Recorder.
Special meeting, to go into executive session, was called by common consent
of the Council for the purpose of discussion of counter proposals received
from AFSCME and TPOA.
The executive session was called under O.R.S. 192.660.2 subsection 4, for
authority of persons designated to carry on labor negotiations.
City Administrator discussed counter proposals received and requested further
direction from Council. Council considered and provided City Administrator
with further guidelines with respect to future negotiations.
Meeting adjourned 8:40 A.M.
