(a) Council and staff discussed the intent of the ordinance and the effect on
existing developed property. It was the concensus of the Council, the ordinance
would apply to each property and that the property ow•r,er :,;,d successors would
>" have status of permitted use of' -the current zone thereby nest necessitating
ti application of conditional use permit; however, all requirements of the new zone
such as set back, etc. would be applicable.
Ordinance No. •75-42 was adopted by unanimous vote of Council present.

(a) City Recorder reported an error in computing the sewer connection tee fo- A::f•
Electric, 14795 S. W. 72nd, in that they were charged double the cornecticr, lee or
$6,300. The fees charged should have been $3,150 sewer connection; $1890,00
representing 60% of connection fee to Fought and Anderson sewer cont"rqt. ::rd X155.12

(a) City Administrator reminded Council of the following meetings: P.U.C. hewing on
S. W. Hunziker LID to be held at 9:30 A. M., September 9, 1975 at Twality Jr. Hieji.
Joint City-County meeting with respect to Planning 7:30 A. M., September 10, 11475 at
Greenwood Inn.
(b) SCOTT SUBDIVISION COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT.
Staff reported Mr. Scott has posted a Cash Bond Escrow Agreement in the arount of
$34,418. The developer has completed a portion of the development and has requested
the bond be reduced and the City release $12,732 fror4 the bond. City Administrator
recommended the Council authorize the reduction of the bond on the basis that the
work has been inspected and certified by the City.
(1) Motion by Councilman Cook to authorize City 'Administrator to release $12,732
from the Cash Bond Escrow Agreement for the Scott Plaaned Develcpte- t:.; sac.')nded
by Councilman !Mickelson.
